3-Day Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
- Please inspect the product carefully upon arrival to ensure it is what you ordered and has no defects.
- If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, you are eligible for a return if reported within 3 days after the delivery date.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Styles Verge does not provide “refunds” or offer a “money-back guarantee” for purchased items.
- Customers who make payments via debit/credit cards can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Instead of a refund, the order amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases within 60 days.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is only available for defective, damaged, or torn items.
- Items must be returned in the same packaging, with tags, and in the same condition.
- Delivery charges apply to exchanges.
- Exchanges will only be processed for items of the same price as the original purchase.
Processing Time for Exchanges
The complete exchange process, from start to finish, may take 7–10 business days.
